In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

We proudly offer payment plans through our preferred partner, Scratchpay! Scratchpay provides simple and affordable payment plans for pet parents. Checking to see which plan is best for you does not affect your credit, takes 90 seconds, and can be done from your mobile phone, tablet or computer.
CareCredit: When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. We accept payment through the CareCredit program. Apply online at www.CareCredit.com/apply.
Health insurance is just as essential to maintaining your pet’s health and wellness as it is for your own. It is generally much less expensive for pets than it is for humans and provides reimbursement based on the service provided. At Animal Care Clinic, we recommend Trupanion Pet Insurance and are pleased to offer a 30-day trial on the service with every wellness visit, to help offset some of your costs.
Essential Care Plans
Pets are members of the family, and they grow up so fast. In fact, pets age 5-7 years for each human year. By 6 months your new puppy or kitten is the equivalent of a 3 year old, which is why an Essential Care Plan that includes all of the examinations and preventive medicine your pet needs on an annual basis is vital to helping them live a long and happy life.
