What to Expect

Your pet is a member of your family, and deserves the same level of health care treatment and wellness care that you do. At Animal Care Clinic, we seek to provide only the best, most compassionate and up-to-date veterinary care available. We are committed to providing exceptional client service for both pets and pet parents.

What to Bring

Before visiting our clinic, you should complete our new client form below. When you come to see us, please bring with you any paperwork or information you have about your pet. This includes adoption records and medical information and history. Contact information for any prior veterinarian you have had may also be helpful.

The Wellness Exam

At each annual visit, your pet will receive a complete physical exam, with a thorough nose-to-tail investigation of their entire body to evaluate their overall health and wellness. We also offer a 30-day trial of Trupanion pet insurance with every wellness visit.

The Health Care Journal

It is a good idea to keep an accurate journal of the procedures and vaccinations your pet receives at the vet as well as your pet's elimination habits, any physical changes or unusual occurrences. Keep track of even small shifts in your pet's behavior, including urinary marking habits and mood swings, along with diet and routine modifications.

Whenever you visit the veterinarian, bring this journal with you. Seemingly unrelated occurrences may be indicators of potential health problems.
